Founded in Cleveland, USA, Fondation Noura Internationale has worked in Mauritania for more than 20 years, supporting detainees, former detainees, and vulnerable populations through rehabilitation, reintegration, and community development programs in partnership with local and international organizations.

For more than two decades, Fondation Noura has maintained a presence in prisons and rehabilitation centers across Mauritania, including PK18, Dar Naim, the Women’s Prison, and the Juvenile Rehabilitation Center, supporting individuals on their journey toward rehabilitation and reintegration into society
